A global relocation management company needs to be able to continue coordination of moves for thousands of employees from over 100 clients while seamlessly and transparently redesigning and launching an internal platform and customer site.
BUILT developed a plan to create the software and facilitate a seamless transition to the new software. In just 6months, BUILT delivered an employee-facing and customer-facing website and a mobile application without interrupting their existing clients’ moves.
By the next year after launch, their new website and platform serviced 8,800 people, 100 industries, and 7,000 moves. Clients and employees love having information available at their fingertips during the most stressful and exciting times.
