Challenge
A major medical services provider lacked any quality engineering on staff and had very little documentation. Since its quality assurance teams lacked a specific process, many software updates were released with critical bugs.

Solution
BUILT implemented a shift-left mentality on quality by embedding quality engineers within each workstream and adding testing to be aligned and completed to the definition of done. BUILT's quality architect also created schedules and training across multiple workstreams to confirm best practices are communicated and being followed.

Results
The major medical services provider experienced faster time to market with better quality releases across each of their workstreams. Also, there were no high severity bugs reported on any releases within three months of deployment.
