A national insurance agency lost their Salesforce administrator and needed support for their business' Salesforce usage requirements.
BUILT conducted conversations with the business-side to determine new Salesforce requirements and manage existing Salesforce usage. Then, the BUILT team performed monthly Salesforce support work, including the development of new reports and dashboards, as needed.
