BUILT engaged a team of 12 automation engineers and business analysts with deep automation experience to evaluate existing test cases, shorten the cases and develop a repeatable automated test suite. We removed duplication and increased the effectiveness and efficiency of all testing to enable the client to test more extraneous aspects of an application.
BUILT automated 84% of the client’s test cases (which exceeded the client’s expectations) at a cost to the client that was $100,000 under its budget.The client can now run all automation on a weekly basis, release updates more often at a lower cost, conduct software upgrades in a timely manner while taking advantage of features and functionality that can be provided to customers ahead of competition.
