With actionable alerts and insights, the technology company was able to more quickly find root causes to issue and speed resolution response times, from a typical 24 hour resolution time down to often less than 1 hour. The data insights also uncovered performance issues such as SQL queries taking 30+ minutes to complete that were then optimized to complete in just a few minutes.
